Our Inspection and Safety Activities:

Natural gas is a colorless, odorless gas until methyl mercaptan is added, a rotten egg odor to help detect leaks. If you smell natural gas or any gas, leave the home immediately and call the local gas company from another location.

Our home inspector is equipped with the best gas and CO detection meters, which are calibrated yearly. We survey for possible leaks on all gas lines inside and outside of home, all fittings are checked for proper adhesive, and for any sign of deterioration. All gas burning appliances are checked for any signs of CO leaks.
