A Home Inspection is for your security and peace of mind. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, knowing its condition offers you a smooth transaction; because you may not know everything you should about the condition of the foundation, roof, chimneys, siding and trim, attic, electrical wiring, plumbing, furnace, air conditioner, or a great number of other items in the home. The Home Inspection is a thorough, in-depth, visual examination of the structure and operating components of the home performed by trained professionals. A Home Inspection takes 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size and age of the home. We highly recommend the buyers be present during the Home Inspection process, to answer your questions and for you to visually see all the components inspected.
When the Home Inspection is over, the inspector will prepare a property inspection report that gives easy to read information on the following items:
*The condition of components from roof to the foundation.
*How things work.
*Major and minor deficiencies.
*How to remedy minor deficiencies.
*Any major expenditures coming up.
*What to watch out for.
*Helpful home preservation tips.
Then the Home Inspector will review the report with you to make sure you understand everything. I take great pride in every inspection I perform, I am highly trained, knowledgeable, professional, certified, and insured. A Home Inspection is a wise decision whether you’re buying, selling or simply preserving the value of your home.
